My wife, Kristin, and I built successful veterinary practices over our 25-year career in veterinary medicine. After selling our practices we decided to dedicate ourselves to helping other small business owners realize the full potential of their business as we did using a the business practices we found to be successful. We help you create a team that is 100% on the same page of where you and your company are going and how you are going to get there. We help you to set realistic goals and develop an action plan on how to achieve them. We help leaders in your organization to be more trusting, unified, and fun. Kristin Plauche, Professional Business Coach
My husband, Andy, and I built successful veterinary practices over our 25-year career in veterinary medicine. After 10 years of struggling to manage our practice, I quit seeing patients and devoted myself to full-time practice management and CFO responsibilities. I found joy in helping our practice to be as efficient and profitable as possible while helping our employees to grow and learn and become their best selves.
We sold our practices in 2019 and at the time we were managing 11 doctors and 125 support staff. Following that we have dedicated ourselves to business coaching to help other practice owners get everything they want out of their business and find a great work-life balance, allowing them to do what they love most.
In addition to serving as CFO and Managing Partner in our practices I've attended hundreds of hours of continuing education to strengthen my financial and management skills. This combined with 15 years of hands-on experience allow me to help owners find unique solutions to many of the common problems facing today's practice owners. It is my passion to help owners understand the financial side of their business, build an amazing team with a great culture, and achieve all of their goals.
